US Military Intel: The Devolution Plan, White Hats Army

• In 2016 the US Military Intel knew that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) had already created plans to steal the 2020 elections. They also knew that several leaders in the Democratic and Republican Parties were going to help the CCP steal the election using Mainstream Media, three letter agencies and Social Media Tech Giants. They would facilitate a foreign operation to capture all three branches of the United States Government (Judicial, legislative and Executive).

• A PLAN was put in place by the U.S. Military. This Devolution PLAN is a confirmed process being preserved by the U.S. military to secretly maintain and save President Donald Trump’s administration.

• Inside the workings of the PLAN, power was given to Ezra Cohen Watnick – a very interesting person with the highest civilian clearance inside Military Operations and Intelligence networks and Operations.
